Ok, so now I have to write about what I know about the auther….
The only thing I knew about him was that his name is Ira Levin (after reading on the cover of the novelle). Actually I thought he was a woman at first… But now I have checked him on google and it turns out that he won the Edgar Award (God knows what that is) for Best First Novel in 1954. The book must have been a success since it were made into two films afterwards…
Personally I can’t really recommend the novelle. The main reason is that it’s based on the murderers perspective. You only get Bud and Leos daughters thoughts, thats all. The investigation or how the police is working isn’t mentioned. Plus I think the book is boring and Bud sounds like a sociopath! I will definitely not read other books from Levin…
Remember, thats only my opinion! If you think it sounds marvelous, go rent it at your nearest library.
Extremely many wishes Sunniva
Ps: I can’t figure out how to insert two photos in the same post so for now it will be only one photo…
Just copy/paste as many pictures as you want, it shouldn’t be a problem.
It can be a problem that the pictures do not show up exactly where you want them – I have had that as a problem. But eventually you’ll get it right!
